ΟΡΟΙ & ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

1. ΓΕΝΙΚΑ

Οι παρόντες όροι και προϋποθέσεις διέπουν τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών και την πραγματοποίηση κρατήσεων για τις θαλάσσιες δραστηριότητες της εταιρείας. Με την ολοκλήρωση της κράτησης, ο πελάτης αποδέχεται πλήρως τους παρόντες όρους.

2. ΚΡΑΤΗΣΕΙΣ & ΠΛΗΡΩΜΕΣ

• Όλες οι κρατήσεις πραγματοποιούνται κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας.
• Απαιτείται πλήρης προπληρωμή (100%) κατά την ολοκλήρωση της κράτησης.
• Η κράτηση θεωρείται έγκυρη μόνο μετά την επιβεβαίωση της πληρωμής.
• Για τα Daily και Sunset events, οι κρατήσεις γίνονται έως 24 ώρες πριν την αναχώρηση.
• Για Private Events, οι κρατήσεις πραγματοποιούνται έως 4 εβδομάδες πριν.

3. ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΤΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ

Κατά την κράτηση, είναι υποχρεωτική η συμπλήρωση των ακόλουθων στοιχείων:

• Όνομα και επώνυμο
• Στοιχεία ταυτότητας ή διαβατηρίου
• Email και τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας
• Διατροφικές προτιμήσεις ή αλλεργίες

Η εταιρεία δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τυχόν ελλιπή ή ανακριβή στοιχεία.

4. ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΚΥΡΩΣΕΩΝ & ΑΛΛΑΓΩΝ

Daily & Sunset Cruises:

• Δωρεάν ακύρωση έως 24 ώρες πριν την αναχώρηση.
• Μετά το χρονικό αυτό σημείο δεν προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων.
• Δυνατότητα αλλαγής ημερομηνίας κράτησης έως 24 ώρες πριν την αναχώρηση.

Private Events:

• Δεν επιτρέπεται ακύρωση.
• Δεν προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων.

6. ΤΡΟΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ / ΑΚΥΡΩΣΗ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ

Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης ή ακύρωσης της δραστηριότητας σε περιπτώσεις:

• Δυσμενών καιρικών συνθηκών
• Τεχνικών προβλημάτων
• Λόγων ασφαλείας

Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις παρέχεται:

• Επιστροφή χρημάτων ή
• Εναλλακτική ημερομηνία

7. ΚΑΝΟΝΕΣ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ

• Δεν επιτρέπεται η κατανάλωση εξωτερικού φαγητού και ποτών.
• Δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.
• Οι επιβάτες οφείλουν να συμμορφώνονται με τις οδηγίες του πληρώματος.
• Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα άρνησης επιβίβασης σε άτομα που θέτουν σε κίνδυνο την ασφάλεια ή τη λειτουργία της δραστηριότητας.

8. ΘΕΣΕΙΣ & ΔΙΑΡΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ

• Παρέχεται δυνατότητα επιλογής θέσεων κατά την κράτηση.
• Οι ξαπλώστρες διατίθενται με επιπλέον χρέωση.
• Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης της διάταξης για λειτουργικούς λόγους.

9. ΠΑΙΔΙΑ

• Παιδιά έως 5 ετών συμμετέχουν δωρεάν.
• Οι τιμές για παιδιά 5  έως 12 ετών διαμορφώνονται ανάλογα με το event.
• Οι ανήλικοι (κάτω των 16 ετών) πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από ενήλικα.

10. ΕΥΘΥΝΗ

• Η συμμετοχή στις δραστηριότητες γίνεται με ευθύνη του πελάτη.
• Η εταιρεία δεν ευθύνεται για:
• Απώλεια προσωπικών αντικειμένων
• Τραυματισμούς που οφείλονται σε μη συμμόρφωση με οδηγίες
• Οι πελάτες οφείλουν να ενημερώνουν για τυχόν ιατρικά θέματα.

11. ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΑ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΑ

Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα συλλέγονται και χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για τη διαχείριση της κράτησης και σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία περί προστασίας δεδομένων.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions govern the use of services and bookings. By completing a booking, the customer fully accepts these terms.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full prepayment (100%) is required.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.
• Daily and Sunset bookings must be made up to 24 hours before departure.
• Private Events must be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The following information is mandatory:

• Full name
• ID or passport details
• Email and phone number
• Dietary preferences or allergies

The company is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Daily & Sunset Cruises:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• No refund after that.
• Rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure.

Private Events:

• No cancellation allowed.
• No refunds.

6. COMPANY CANCELLATION

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity due to:

• Weather conditions
• Technical issues
• Safety reasons

In such cases:

• Refund or rescheduling will be offered.

7. PARTICIPATION RULES

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests must follow crew instructions.
• The company reserves the right to deny boarding for safety reasons.

8. SEATING

• Seat selection is available.
• Sunbeds are available at an extra charge.
• Layout may be adjusted for operational reasons.

9. CHILDREN POLICY

• Children up to 5 years old: free.
• Pricing for children 5 to 12 years old depends on the event.
• Minors (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult.

10. LIABILITY

• Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
• The company is not responsible for:
• Loss of personal belongings
• Injuries due to non-compliance with instructions
• Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is collected and used solely for booking management and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
